“I was amazingly fortunate to have already been doing EMS workouts while living
on Coastal Georgia, so I was truly hooked. When I moved to Buckhead, I was
really excited to learn that SmartFit had just opened a studio, just 5 minutes from
my new home! The studio is slick, sexy, and super clean. It has state-of-the-art
EMS suits and equipment, and the music is pumping.
Taylor is a FABULOUS trainer, who is fun, funny, and encouraging; and she
works me hard because she believes in me and my abilities, but never pushes
me beyond my limits. The best part about an EMS workout is that it lasts for 20 minutes, and because of the suit, it’s like you have worked your muscles over four times as long. Win!
Win! Even if you are super busy, there’s no excuse not to ‘SmartFit’ your
schedule. I am definitely starting to see my body transform, and that has given me a
renewed self-confidence that I had been missing for a while. Watch out, world! I’m
back!! If you’ve never tried a session before, I highly encourage you to sign up for the
free trial session. I would be amazed if you don’t love it as much as I do.” ~Zena
The absolute best trainer at SmartFit Atlanta, and anywhere in the southeast, is hands down Taylor. I have been showing up to each session with an open mind and she blows my expectations away. Taylor as well as all of the SmartFit Atlanta team are cutting edge knowledgeable and beyond encouraging each session. I personally try to push myself to never stop a workout even though it’s the toughest 20 minutes and I sometimes feel I can’t continue. That is where Taylor’s expert training as an EMS trainer shines. She has taken the time to get to know me, she knows how I think, and pushes my body beyond limits I didn’t know I could endure. I am coming up in my 4th week my abs are rock hard, my biceps/triceps super firm, glutes already lifted, and my legs are getting cut. All of these results just by going through EMS training with only cardio in between. If you’re on the fence …I say jump off and sign up! You will not be disappointed. I would encourage you to tolerate an intense EMS session …weird feeling yes… painful not at all. You will surprise yourself by how resilient and tough your mind and body can be. ~T.S.
