He is really doing a great job because he’s doing a wholesome, holistic coaching of and training with you and showing you what you need to eat, what you need to do in your life and not just while you’re here for the 20 minutes working out. I wanted to give an amazing testimony to SmartFit. I’ve been here for 2 months now. This exercise, which is only 30 minutes, truly has transformed my whole body and not just that, but also my physical health and emotional health. I’m 65 and I feel stronger than I’ve ever been since I was 40

A year ago I could barely move with 40 pounds heavier and I couldn’t move to play Tennis. It was embarrassing and so I decided it’s not going to be that anymore. So, I started working out at SmartFit. When I started out, I went for 2 days a week and when Clinton came, I started doing 3 days a week. I played pickleball, 4 to 5 days a week, mostly with guys now. I feel better now than I’ve ever felt since I was 40 and I’m really happy about it.

I’ve lost 40 pounds since I joined SmartFit and I’ve become stronger and more flexible

I am a board-certified physician in family medicine and I’ve been coming to SmartFit since the beginning of the year. I’ve lost forty pounds since January. When I first came to SmartFit, if I bent over to pick something up, it would be difficult for me to stand back up. I had been in a car accident three years ago where I got herniated discs as well as tore two ligaments in the wrist. I have miniature poodles.

I was always afraid to try to hold only using my right hand even though it’s my dominant hand because sometimes things would just fall out of my hand because of the ligament tears. But since I’ve been coming to SmartFit, I’ve become stronger, flexible and yes, I’ve lost weight. I come to SmartFit because, yes, I am getting to where I want to be but where I ultimately want to be is that I can be in my seventies and eighties and can still be very active.

It was really fun. It made a lot of exercises, which I thought would be pretty easy for me or lower intensity for me, higher intensity for sure so I got a good workout in. My coach is awesome. He really walked me through all of the exercises and I felt very comfortable.

So far everything has been so good. I come here mostly two times a week. I am eager because after every session I feel so great and before I could not even a push-up good. But now it’s pretty easy because now I’m getting more strength and I really like that as it makes me feel really good.
